  • Sanjay Dayal Mr. Dayal commenced as Chief Executive Asia on 5 January 2009. He is responsible for leading BlueScope Steel's businesses in Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam and the Company's joint venture with Tata Steel in India. Prior to joining BlueScope Steel, Mr Dayal was General Manager, Manufacturing and Supply Chain for Orica Mining Services where he managed its Asia division. Mr Dayal is based at BlueScope Steel's Asia regional headquarters in Singapore.
     

    Mr T.V. Narendran is a Mechanical Engineer from REC (NIT) Trichy, who joined Tata Steel after his MBA from IIM Calcutta in 1988.  He worked in the International Trading Division of Tata Steel from 1988 to 1997 wherein he spent 5 years in Dubai looking after Tata Steels’ exports to the Middle East.  From 1997 to 2001 he spent time in Tata Steels’ marketing and sales division and was involved in market development work for the Cold Rolling Mill Project, Supply Chain Management, Sales Planning etc.  From 2001 to 2003 he was the Chief of Marketing & Sales (Long Products) and played a key role in building the Tata Tiscon brand and the distribution network for the same.  From 2003 to 2005 he worked with Mr Muthuraman, the then Managing Director of Tata Steel as his Principal Executive Officer (PEO) which is a chief of staff kind of role. 

     
    Noel Cornish is BSc(Met) MEngSc, University of Newcastle He is currently working as Chief Executive Australian & New Zealand Steel Manufacturing Businesses in BlueScope Steel. Mr. Cornish joined BHP as a Metallurgy Cadet in 1969 and since then has worked in several roles in BHP and in BlueScope Steel. He is a member of the University of Wollongong Council, Chairman of the Salvation Army Illawarra Advisory Board, Member of the National Executive Council, Australian Industry Group, Member of the Board of Illawarra Business Chamber and Member of the Board of IMB

    Anand Sen Mr. Anand Sen was born on 17th September 1959. He graduated in Metallurgical Engineering from IIT Kharagpur in 1981and pursued a Postgraduate Diploma Course in Business Management from IIM Kolkata in the year 1987.
    Mr. Anand Sen started his career as Graduate Trainee at Tata Steel in the year 1981 and worked in Scientific Services initially. In early 1984, he was selected as Application Engineer and was posted to Mumbai. In July 2001 he was placed as Chief of Marketing & Sales - Flat Products. Mr. Sen has remained Vice President, TQM and Flat Products Division before being appointed Vice President, TQM & Shared Services from 1st April, 2010.
     
    Narendra Kumar Misra

    Mr. Atul Gogna is the Vice President of Strategic Marketing for Bluescope Asia. In this role, he is directly responsible for all strategy and marketing activities for midstream as well as downstream business in Asia. Prior to this he headed Strategy & Business Development for Alcoa Asia Pac and Alcoa Architectural Products, which included significant acquisition work in China and India. Prior to that, he worked for 4 years for Boston Consulting Group doing strategy consulting for various Industrial and Oil & Gas clients in India, China and ASEAN. Before that he spent 6 years in Indonesia working for Asia Pulp & Paper, one of the largest paper companies in the world. There he was responsible for Sales & Marketing and General Management of a $100Mn specialty coated paper business. Atul is an Indian citizen with Engineering and Business Administration degrees.

     
    Charlie Elias Mr. Elias joined BlueScope Steel as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in March 2008. He is responsible for finance, treasury, taxation, supply, investor relations, investments, audit and insurance. Prior to this, he was CFO and Director for Linfox Group and CFO, Director and General Manager Strategy and Business Development for TXU Australia. He began his career with Deloitte Consulting as a Senior Consultant. Mr. Elias is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
     

    Mr. Sanjib Nanda is the Chief (Finance Transformation Project and Financial Markets) for Tata Steel Group’s  Finance Function and Currently leads the Finance Transformation Project with an objective of creating a “best in class” globally integrated finance function across .He also heads  the  Treasury Function & Capital Markets for  Tata Steel  Limited.

     

    Sanjib joined  Tata Steel in 1991 in the Export Finance function. He was then  deputed to Singapore and  served as Regional Manager (South East Asia) and  looked after the international marketing and sales function for 4 years .On his return from Singapore he headed the world wide Steel Trading Business of  Tata Steel for 6 years. Subsequently he spend two years in  Corporate Strategy & M&A function  of Tata Steel  in Jamshedpur as Chief Business Opportunities and was involved in  formulation of corporate strategy ,acquisitions and  finalization of various joint ventures .In 2008  he moved to the Group Finance function in Mumbai and headed  the Corporate finance and banking function .

     

     

     

     

    Sanjib serves in the board of some of the new ventures of Tata Steel ,eg Gopalpur Special Economic Zone Limited , Tata-NYK India (Pvt) Limited, Tata Steel International  India,  Tata Steel Cote d’Ivore and Tata Bluescope Steel Limited. Prior to joining Tata Steel he worked with M/s A F Fergusons and Company  (Currently part of Deloitte Haskins & Sells )  for three  years. Born on 28th August 1964 in State of Orissa ,India ,Sanjib holds a degree of Chartered Accountancy from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India .

     

    Pat Finan is the Executive General Manager of BlueScope’s new Global Building and Construction Markets (GBCM) business development group, reporting to Paul O’Malley, Managing Director & CEO. 

    Pat joined BlueScope in 2004 and served as President of Butler Manufacturing before being named President BlueScope Buildings North America in 2008.   In his new role, Pat will assist country Presidents to rapidly improve sales in the growing building and construction markets. 

    Harish Pathak Mr. Harish Pathak is a graduate in Metallurgical Engg from IIT, Bombay. He has attended Management Programs at prestigious Business Schools such as IIM Ahmedabad and INSEAD, France.
    Mr. Harish Pathak joined Tata BlueScope Steel limited as Managing Director with effect from August 1st , 2008. Prior to joining Tata BlueScope Steel, Mr. Pathak was Executive-in-Charge (Profit Centre Chief) of the Wires Profit Centre of Tata Steel based in Mumbai, Mr. Harish Pathak brings with him a rich experience of more than two decades in various fields such as sales, marketing, operations and project management.
